Families Against School Shootings is committed to keeping children, teens, and young adults safe from school gun violence by building awareness, finding solutions, and supporting schools to implement change.
We believe that every child has the right to a safe and secure education, and we work tirelessly to make this a reality.

Each school shooting is a heart-wrenching tragedy that affects not only the victims but also their families, friends, and communities. The statistics remind us that young lives are being cut short, dreams shattered, and futures forever altered. The emotional and psychological toll on survivors is immeasurable, leaving scars that may last a lifetime. The statistics are alarming and demand our immediate attention.
Families Against School Shootings is dedicated to making significant progress in raising awareness about school shootings and advocating for change. We collaborate with schools, law enforcement agencies, and community members to implement safety measures and policies that protect children and prevent violent incidents. Through our resources, we also provide support and resources to families affected by school shootings, to help them heal and rebuild their lives.

School Projects
FASS's long-term goal is to help schools find solutions to keep their students and staff members safe from school shootings. That help will include financial support for safety projects, once identified, to assist school districts in implementing their solutions. ​
